On the Friday evening there will be a Meet & Greet reception for all Gold Ticket holders. Usually all guests who attend the Opening Ceremony are scheduled to attend, and it should provide a unique opportunity to interact with them on a more personal level.
Attendees will be seated on round tables in groups of approximately 10, and each guest will come and join the table for a few minutes for a chat.
Please have your event badge ready when entering the Meet & Greet. This will make checking entry passes quicker and easier.
